Where your data is kept

Your plan and account are stored in Australia, in Sydney. Runway asks for figures, not identity: no tax file number, no bank account numbers, no employer, and only the year you were born.

A property’s address is a label for you; we never look it up or send it anywhere. Only its state is used, for duty and land tax.

Our logs and usage figures hold no money amounts, names, addresses or emails. The privacy policy says what we collect, who helps us run Runway, and your rights.
