Signing up and signing in

Runway has no passwords. Type your email address at the app and we email you a six-digit code; type it in and you’re in. The first time, that makes your account. Signing up from this site does the same thing, one step sooner: the app sends the code as it opens.

The code hasn’t arrived

• It comes from info@getmyrunway.com. Look in spam or promotions, and add the address to your contacts so the next one lands in your inbox.
• Check the address you typed. The code step shows it, with a way back to change it.
• A code lasts ten minutes and works once. Choose Send another for a new one.

Signing in on another device

Sign in with the same address and your plan is there: it is saved to your account, not to the browser. Sign out from the account page on a shared computer.

There is no Google or Apple sign-in yet.
