Ask Runway

Ask Runway takes a question or a change in plain words, such as “when can we buy in Brisbane for $900k?”, and turns it into the same form you would fill in by hand. Anything it inferred rather than read in what you typed is marked, and nothing is saved until you check it and save it.

The AI only fills in forms. Every sum (tax, duty, interest, the year something is affordable) is worked out by Runway’s own calculations, never by the AI, and it gives no advice.

What you type is sent to our AI provider to be read, so leave out names, addresses and account numbers. Each account has a monthly allowance, larger on Plus. When it is used up, or the service is unavailable, every form still works by hand.
